PAYMENT METHODS

When buying online you can pay in the following ways:

• If you want to use personal takeover in the store, take over the order in the shop and pay in the shop.
• Payment by proforma invoice: you will receive a proforma invoice by post or by e-mail to the address, which you have specified in the order. After payment of the invoice, the shipment will be shipped within 1-2 days or within the agreed period. In case you have chosen to pay by proforma invoice, you can settle the payment as follows:  ACCOUNT: SI56 0510 0801 4274 221. The reference is the same as the order number!

• Payment by PayPal account: Upon completion of the purchase, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can pay the purchase value.
• Payment at takeover: You can pay for the ordered goods at the time of takeover. Payment isonly possible with cash. Regardless of the value of the purchase you have to be personally present when you take over the goods.
• Payment by credit or payment card Maestro, Master Card or Visa: After completing the purchase, you will be redirected to a page where you can make purchases with a payment card.

Instructions for payment with payment cards

 Maestro

In the last step of the purchase choose a payment by card. A new window will open in which you enter the card number. For a Maestro card payment, find the card number on the back of the card. The CVV code is not necessary to enter in this case. Select the expiration date of the card and confirm and finish the purchase.  

Visa and MasterCard

In the last step of the purchase, choose a payment by card. A new window will open in which you enter the card number. Enter the CVV/CVC code, select the expiry date of the card and confirm. Normally, the bank will ask you for the confirmation number you have received on your phone.

The benefits of the Biotopic loyalty card can only be used for personal takeover. Until final payment the goods are owned by Biotopic d.o.o. When purchasing the prices apply at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. Prices in the online shop are subject to change without notice. Pictures are symbolic.

In case of a price error, we allow you to withdraw from the purchase. The price of the product does not include delivery, except in the case of a free takeover or purchase above25€.
