Coconut flour is made from ground coconut kernel from coconut drupes and with its high fibre content is a great alternative to wheat. It is gluten-free and has a low glycemic index.

Average nutritional value per 100 g: VAT - Recommended daily allowance for an average adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal)
It is used to bake bread, cakes and to prepare raw desserts. Substitute up to 30% of regular flour with coconut flour. You can use it to improve the taste of soup and sauces or add it to your yoghurt, muesli, cereal or smoothie.
Packaged in rooms where nuts, seeds and cereals are also present. Keep in a cool and dry place.
